Sugar-Free Jelly — All the Wobble, None of the Guilt

All the wobble

Sugar-Free Jelly — Less Than 1g Per Serve

Traditional jelly is essentially a sugar delivery system. Hello Jello gives you everything you love about jelly with almost none of the sugar.

How Much Sugar Is Actually in Regular Jelly?

Standard supermarket jelly contains 20g or more of sugar per serve. That's roughly five teaspoons — in a single serve of jelly. For context, the World Health Organisation recommends adults consume no more than 25g of free sugars per day. One serve of regular jelly gets you most of the way there.

Hello Jello contains less than 1g per serve. That's not a rounding error — that's a completely different approach to making jelly.

Regular jelly: 20g sugar. Hello Jello: less than 1g.

Same wobble. Same bright colour. Same real fruit flavour. The difference is entirely in what we leave out — and how clever food science makes it still taste genuinely great.

How Hello Jello Keeps the Sugar So Low

We didn't replace sugar with artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols that cause their own problems. We worked with Australian food scientists to develop a naturally sweetened jelly formula that tastes like the real thing, because it's made with real fruit flavours.

  • Sugar alcohols
