Shipping policy

1Processing time

All HELLO JELLO orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

2Domestic shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Delivery to regional and remote areas may take longer.

HELLO JELLO is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

3Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@eathellojello.com.

4Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@eathellojello.com with your order number. We'll investigate with Australia Post and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. HELLO JELLO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us straight away at hello@eathellojello.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

6International shipping

We currently ship to Australia only. We hope to expand internationally in the future. Stay tuned!
